Included are curricula materials (prior to 1941 and 1949-1951); summary statistics from the institutes and on school visitations (1926-1936, 1940-1953); correspondence, mainly from institute supervisors, discussing scheduling, program materials, and school visitations (1943-1951); county superintendent requisitions (1943-1953); scheduling and planning files (1943-1953); and reports (1942-1949). The latter include weekly supervisors' reports detailing the institutes and school visitations, and teachers' group meetings reports.
